Ingredients
- 1 CUP UNCOOKED RICE
- CORNSTARCH
- 2 SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
- 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 1/4 CUP LIGHT SOY SAUCE
- 2 CUPS STIR FRY VEGETABLES ANY KIND OR MIX
Preparation
Step 1
1. COOK RICE AS USUAL
2. COMBINE CORNSTARCH AND WATER UNTIL SMOOTH.
3. ADD SOY SAUCE AND SET ASIDE.
4. SPRAY PAM IN NON-STICK SKILLET.
5. ADD CHICKEN BREASTS AND COOK 3 TO 4 MINUTES UNTIL COOKED.
6. ADD VEGETABLES AND SAUCE MIXTURE.
7. COOK AND STIR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH AND VEGETABLES ARE DONE ( DO NOT OVERCOOK VEGETABLES)_.
8. SERVE OVER RICE. MAY ADD CHOW MAIN OR RICE NOODLES TO TOP.
