Ingredients
- cat fish fillets
- 4 Tbs. olive oil
- minced garlic
- lemon juice
- seasonings
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix olive oil and minced garlic. Dab on both sides of fish. Drizzle lemon juice on one side of fish. Sprinkle with seasonings. Either salt and pepper, Emeril's Essence or Chef Paul' Magic. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 13 minutes in oven or broil (what the recipe calls for) 6-7 minutes per side with the broiler pan 6-7 inches from the broiler.
