Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 oz cool whip, thawed
- 1 graham pie crust
- 1 apple, cored, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon filling into crust and chill 3 hours until set. Top with apple slices just before serving.
Or you can top with any fruit topping desired
