Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 tsp worchester sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredder cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- canned salmon
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta
Meanwhile;
In a large sauce pan melt half of the butter. Cook onion and garlic for about 4 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour. Cook until golden brown.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add worchester sauce and cook until thick.
Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in sour cream, salmon and pasta.
Put in casserole dish
Melt remaining butter and mix with bread crumbs
Put over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand
