Ingredients

  • 4-6 ounces turkey bacon or chicken sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 yellow onion, cut into small wedges
  • 1/2 medium sized zucchini, cut into bite sized pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a non-stick pan, medium high, saute all until meat is cooked thoroughly and vegetables are browning on the edges.
