Ingredients
- 1 1 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 2 2 T seeded and minced jalapeño pepper
- 1 1 1 T sugar
- 2 2 2 T lime zest
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 2 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 1 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1 1 cup canola oil
