Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 3 oz. can french-fried onion rings, crushed
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse chicken, pat dry.

Beat together egg and milk. Combine onion rings, bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper.

Dip chickem in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. place in 13 x 9 baking dish. Pour melted butter or margarine over chicken.

Bake at 350 ° for 20-25 min.
