Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- (1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 2lb. flank (skirt) Steak, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a glass baking dish or gallon size zip-lock bag. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill (high heat). Drain steak, pour marinate in to small sauce pan and boil for 1 minute. Season steak with generous amount of pepper. grill to desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade, about 6 minutes per side for rare.
