Tomato and basil salad

Ingredients

• Basil vinaigrette dressing:
• 1 pound fresh mozarella
• 4 ripe tomatoes
• 1/2 c fresh basil
• 1/4 c white wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1/2 c olive oil
• salt and pepper
