  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 - 10.5 ounce can condensed tomato soup

Step 1

In a bowl, combine beef, rice, and spices. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

In a large pan with lid, combine soup with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil.

Drop meatballs into liquid, turning to coat. Cover with lid, and simmer for about 2 hours. Be sure to occasionally stir the sauce, and spoon some over the meatballs.
