- 3 tbsp butter/margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
In small saucepan, melt butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease areas well. 12 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy. Beat in milk and butter unitl well blended. Beat in flour and salt. Fill each cup 3/4 full with batter. Bake 50 mins, then quickly make small slit in top of each popover to let out steam; bake 10 mins longer. Immediately remove popovers from cup. Serve hot.
