• 1c.. Sour Cream
• 1c. Mayo
• juice of 1 lemon
• tobasaco sauce - to taste
• Blue Cheese - use crumbles cheese - the other is too wet

Mix together sour cream, mayo, lemon and tobasco add blue cheese
