Ingredients
- 2 lbs extra-lean ground beef
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 C. bread crums or saltines crushed
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C. ketcup (to top with)

Preparation
Step 1
Line the slow cooker with aluminum foil. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup ketchup. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours. Spread ketchup over meatloaf during LAST hour of cooking time
