Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 tblspn butter
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 egg beaten
- 6 pieces fillet of sole
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter. Mix bread crumbs, onion and chili in bowl. Stir in eggs, salt and pepper and spoon(?) a portion of the mixture in the middle of each fillet. Roll each fillet and fasten with a toothpick. Place seam side down in a greased pan. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Drain off liquid and spoon undilluted(?) soup oven. Bake 15 minutes.
