Ingredients

  • Brownie Nut Filling:
  • 3/4 cup sweet butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly grease bottom and sides of 3 dozen very small muffin pans with small cups. Cream butter and sugar well. Gradually add flour, salt and vanilla. Press dough into cups.

Grind together the almonds, chocolate and salt. Beat eggs until thick and add sugar. Combine with nut chocolate mixture. Put a rounded teaspoon of the filling in each cup and bake 20 minutes.
