Crust-less Cranberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 C. fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 C. melted shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cranberries with 1/2 C. sugar and 1/2 C. nuts. Spread in bottom of greased 10" pie plate.

Beat together eggs, 1 C. sugar, flour and melted shortening.

Pour over cranberries and bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
