Ingredients
- 2 Tbs grainy mustard
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 Tsp rosemary
- 1Tbs lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill. Mix ingredients. Put on flesh side of salmon. Let stand 15 minutes. Place salmon on plank, skin side down. Grill 13-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
