Ingredients
- 1 lb dried apricots
- water
- 20 oz crushed pineapple and juice
- 1/2 bottle (7 or 8 oz) Maraschino cherries
- 4 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut 1 lb of dried apricots into small pieces. Cover with water and soak overnight.
Add 20 oz of crushed pineapple and their juice, 1/2 bottle (7 or 8 oz) of maraschino cherries (cut) and their juice, and 4 cups of sugar.
Cook about 30 minutes until thick, stir often, sticks easily.
