Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- Hot cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter, and brown the chicken. Remove chicken and set aside. Reduce the heat to medium and in the same skillet add the remaining butter and sauté the mushrooms and onions with garlic until tender and the liquid evaporates, stirring constantly. Add soup, milk, and pepper to taste. Bring the mix to a boil and return chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice and noodles.
