Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 cup salted butter
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Blend flour, soda, salt. Set Aside
Blend sugars and butter into a grainy paste.
Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Mix in flour mixture until just mixed- DON NOT OVERMIX
Drop tablespoons full onto cookie sheet
with wet fork make a criss cross pattern on top of cookies
Bake at 300 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes
