Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large can sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1 lb shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 loaf rye bread (cubed)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb corned beef sliced very thin
  • 1 large bottle of thousand island dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Prehead oven to 350.

Melt butter. Take rye bread cubes and stir around in the melted butter. Set aside.

In 9x13 pan, layer the sauerkraut, corned beef, and swiss cheese. On top layer the bread cubes. Pour the dressing evenly over the top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
