Ingredients

• 9 cloves garlic
• 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 3 dashes louisiana hot sauce (Crystal or Tabasco)
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
