Ingredients
- 3 cups black beans (drained)
- 1 red bell pepper cut into slices
- 3 scallons, sliced
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 6 tbls extra virgin oil
- 3 tbls fresh lemon juice
- 5 tbls frech cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbls coarsely groun black pepper
- 1-3 tbls hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbls apple cider vingar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingrdients in a bowl and toss. Let the salad rest loosely covered at room tempature for at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate any left overs.
