Fruit Skewers with Marscapone Cream

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 cantalope
  • 2 mangoes
  • 24 strawberries, hulled
  • 48 blueberries
  • Marcapone cream;
  • 2 cups marscapone cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

Step 1

Peel pineapple, peel and seed cantelope. Peel and pit mangoes. Cut into 1 inch cubes; thread onto 24 inch skewers.

Marscapone cream;
In food prcessor, process marcapone cheese lightly to soften. Add cream and honey, pulse until smooth and lightly thickened. Transfer to small bowl. (can be refrigerated up to 24hrs)
