Herb Marinated Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, 1 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, and thyme. Place beef in plastic bag; add marinade. Let marinade for at least 6 hours.

Remove steak and broil or grill.
