Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder
- 12 - 15 organic medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 1 pinch pink himalayan salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put the following ingredients into a food processor and process to a coarse grind: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, raw cacao powder, cinnamon and pink himalayan salt.
Add the dates and process until the mixture starts to stick together.
Press the mixture very firmly into a 8 x 8 glass baking dish, then slice and serve.
