Cheese Roll

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green pepper or red pepper - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Use your hands to knead together - Divide into 2 portions.

Roll between hands to mold then roll on a plate to finish molding.

Sprinkle chili powder on outside the day you are serving.
