• 3 cups Strawberries (halved)
• 2 cups Light Vanilla Ice Cream
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
• 3 tbsp Graham Crumbs
• 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 4 Strawberries for garnish (optional)
• Whipped Cream for garnish (optional)

Step 1

In a blender combine the strawberries, ice cream, milk, cream cheese, graham crumbs and lemon juice. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides occasionally. Serve each shake garnished with a strawberry and whipped cream.
