(Crockpot) Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb pinto beans, soaked overnight
- 2 pork hocks
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T salt
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 T cumin
- 1 t oregano
- 1 4 oz can green chiles or chopped fresh jalapeños
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
Add 8 cups boiling water (I used half chicken stock).
Cover and cook on low at least 8 hours (this may take as little as 4-6 hours)
