Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup, about 3 oz., shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 Tb. butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper

Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine cream, asiago, butter and garlic. Bring to a simmer and season to taste. Keep warm until ready to use.
