Ingredients

  • 2 large chickens---boiled, deboned and chopped

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 lb grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup picante sauce

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups of chicken broth

  • 1 large package of tortillas torn into fourths

Directions

In a large pan mix the first seven ingredients. Use a 9x13 greased pan. Layer the tortillas, cream mixture until all is used. Cover the top layer with additional cheese. Bake 350 1 hour
