Ingredients
- 3 T honey
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T chopped fresh basil
- 1 T strawberry jam (or substitute)
- 1 t crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 t white sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the ingredients and pour over shrimp in a resealable plastic bag, seal the bag, and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Skewer shrimp and grill over medium-high heat, approx 5 minutes each side (or shrimp are opaque)
