Pie Crust
This is an easy pie crust recipe that makes a very flaky crust. It makes enough for two one crust pies or one two crust pie.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 7-8 tbsp. ice water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together flour and salt
Cut in shortening (works best if it's cold) until it resembles meal
Add 5-6 tbsp. of water and mix
Continue adding more water until the dough comes together
Divide the dough into two balls, wrap in cellophane, and chill for 30-45 minutes
For best results, roll out dough between wax paper
