Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (4 ounce) French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag.

Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

Bake at 400* for 20 minutes until no longer pink in center.
