Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a bowl.
Cut in butter using a pastry blender until crumbly.
Pat mixture gently into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 15 min. or until the crust is lightly browned.

Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Pour over crust.

Bake for 20 min longer or until set. Cook on a wire rack. Sprinle with remaining 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
