Ingredients

  • two

    bunches of parsley

  • about a 1/4 cup of mint

  • 1/4

    cup of lemon juice

  • 2

    TB of olive oil

  • 2

    TB of onion

  • 1

    large tomato diced

  • 1/2

    cup of hemp seeds

  • 1

    tsp of sea salt.

Directions

Pulse the greens in a food processor for a bit, put in a bowl, add the other stuff, mix up and eat. SO GOOD!!!!
