Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1 T. parsley flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Cut and wash chicken. Pat dry. Put above coating into separate bags.
Dip chicken in milk, dunk in bag, shake, re-dip in milk and shake in bag again.
Fry in hot oil. Remove onto broiler pan and freeze. Wrap in bags.
To serve, remove from freezer and place on broiler pan and bake 1 hour or longer, depending on size of pieces.
