Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tabsp. sour cream
- 1 Tabsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tabsp. sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups cooked macaroni, rinsed in cool water
