Hawaiian Wedding Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 2 Cups Flour
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 Cup Nuts, chopped
• 1 Cup Coconut
• 1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple
• 1 (8 oz.)Pkg. Cream Cheese
• 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Blend frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Garnish with chopped nuts and coconut (toasted).
