Southern Peach yam Bake

  • 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 17 Oz Cans Royal Prince Yams
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 16 Oz Can Peach Slices Drained
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 1/2 Cup Miniatire Marshmallows

Cooking time 55mins


Step 1

Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, cut in margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
