Ingredients
- 1-lb round loaf sourdough bread
- 1-8 oz cream cheese softened
- 12 oz sour cream (1-1/2c)
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- 3/4-lb sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c green onions chopped
- assorted crackers

Step 1
Cut the top 4th off the loaf of bread; carefully hollow out the bottom, leaving a 1: shell. Cut the removed bread and top of loaf into cubes; set aside.
In large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, and worcestershire sauce until blended; stir in the bacon and onions.
Spoon into bread shell. Wrap in a piece of heavy duty foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through. Serve with crackers and reserved bread cubes.
