Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound Sweet potatoe
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- ` tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons cold/unsalted butter
- 1/3 Cups buttermilk

Cook and mash sweet potatoe
pulse the flour, brown sugarbaking poder baking soda and salt. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles meal. Add buttermilk and 3/4 cup of the mashed sweet potatoe. Pulse until the dough comes together.
knead 2 - 3 times until smooth. Roll dought 1/4 inch thick and cut in to eight 4-inch rounds.
