Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pound Sweet potatoe
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • ` tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoons cold/unsalted butter
  • 1/3 Cups buttermilk

Step 1

425 Degrees 15 Minutes

Cook and mash sweet potatoe
pulse the flour, brown sugarbaking poder baking soda and salt. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles meal. Add buttermilk and 3/4 cup of the mashed sweet potatoe. Pulse until the dough comes together.

knead 2 - 3 times until smooth. Roll dought 1/4 inch thick and cut in to eight 4-inch rounds.
