Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese (about 4 oz)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry-lined pie plate. Beat eggs slightly, beat in remaining ingredients. Pour eggs, mixture into pie plate. Cook uncovered in 425* over 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300*. Cook uncovered until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Optional add in's: green peppers, red peppers, ham.
Chicken and bacon.
BEST (2) deep dish MEAT IN BOTTOM OF PIE SHELL , CHUCK OF CHEESE , CHUNCK OF ONIONS ETC.., IN BLENDER ADD 8 EGGS AND HALF AND HALF - BLEND - POUR IN PIE SHELLS (GOOD STUFF AT BOTTOWM OF BLENDER.
