White Hot Chocolate

This is a rich flavored hot chocolate that we used to bring to the security police personnel (who guard the military bases) over the holidays.

Ingredients

• 12 oz. white chocolate, finely grated
• 6 cups whole milk
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• Mini Marshmallows (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium - large Dutch oven pot, combine milk, white chocolate, heavy cream, and vanilla. Heat the mixture over a MEDIUM-LOW heat until the chocolate is completely melted, stirring occasionally. *Do NOT boil!* Serve the hot chocolate with marshmallows.
