Ingredients
- 4 medium sized baking potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 - 3 Tbs. milk
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cook with garlic cloves, covered in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes and garlic and add sour cream. Beat in enough milk to make fluffy and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
