- 6 oz/185g thinly bias-sliced peeled carrots (3 medium)
- 6 oz/185 g thinly sliced celery (4 stalks)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
