Ingredients
- 2 eggplants, average size
- 4 Tbsps. Tahini
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 clove garlic, pressed
- 2-3 lemons

Step 1
1. Pierce eggplants with a fork and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, until skin becomes brittle. remove skins and place eggplant into a food processor.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and blend until you have a whipped mixture. Serve with pita bread cut into triangles.
