Grilled Tilapia with Salsa

Ingredients

  • Salsa:
  • 1/2 bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 slice pineapple (diced)
  • 1 avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 jalapeno (seeded and diced)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 4 tilapia fillets

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all salsa ingredients. Refrigerate.

2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and brush onto tilapia fillets.

3. Grill for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.

4. Top each fillet with 1/4 cup salsa.
