Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Pour into 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes
.
Mix 3 frosting ingredients together. Bring to a boil.
Let boil 2 minutes
.
Pour over cake while hot.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
